TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SILVER STREET STUDIO & CORAL STREET COTTAGE

Thank you for your interest in the Silver Street Studio and /or Coral Street Cottage. 

The Studio and Cottage are decorated and equipped with our personal artworks, belongings and furniture. We do ask that guests respect and take care of our property as you would your own home. Please read our Standard Terms and Conditions below carefully.

The Silver Street Studio and Coral Street Cottage are located at the western, seaward side of Silver Street between South Terrace and Marine Terrace in South Fremantle. Free parking is available on Silver Street and we can provide you with a parking permit for Coral Street.

Please advise us of your arrival time so that we are at the Studio /or cottage to welcome you. Our phone number is 0417758616 (mb). We look forward to your stay.

1. ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY 
Payment for the booking constitutes agreement to these Terme and Conditions.

2. CHECK IN /OUT
Check-in time is not before 1pm on the arrival date and check-out time is not later than 10amon the departure date, unless otherwise agreed upon with Managemnt. Please notify Management of your expected arrival time and give a mobile contact number at least 3 days before arrival. 

Unless otherwise arranged, we like to meet our guests personally on arrival, give them the keys and show them around the Studio/Cottage premises. We also like to farewell our guests and collect the keys on departure.

 

3. SECURITY BOND
Credit card authorisation must be provided to Management on arrival.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions will be charged to your credit card.

Examples of these include but are not limited to any breakages, damage or excess cleaning requirements any extra guests beyond those declared. We agree to ensure that this occurs within 7 working days of your occupancy.

  

4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.

 

5. LINEN AND TOWELS
We supply all linen and towels.
Extra cleaning can be requested at extra cost.

 

6. PETS
Pets are not allowed on the Property.

 

 

7. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be sure to lock doors and windows and shut off air conditioning or heating when you leave the property. 

• At departure, the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited. Please respect the local community.

• No smoking and strictly no drugs or illegal activities to take place on the premises. Consume alcohol responsibly.

• Damage, breakages, theft or loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.

• The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property, health or safety. The Studio, in particular is a space for adults. Any questions or problems, please contact the owner/manager at silvercoralfreo@gmail.com or on 0417758616.

DEFINITIONS
‘Booking’ means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.

‘Property’ means the Silver Street Studio and/or Coral Street Cottage, Corner of Coral and Silver Street, South Fremantle and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment.

‘Management’ means the owners and/or managers of the Property.

‘Guests’ means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.

‘Visitor’ means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.
